Years ago my gym teacher in York College gave us a sheet on how to stay young. This man looked like he was in his early 50's but he was very in his 70's. He was fit, energetic, and very inspirational. That class was the first time I actually wanted to work out and I haven't stopped since then. His method of staying young were not with creams and by drinking water (which are all great), but by the following:
1. Throw away nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. This is why you pay them.
2. Keep only CHEERFUL FRIENDS. The grouches pull you down.
3. Laugh often, long, and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
4. Be Alive while you are alive.
5. Surround yourself with what or who you love.
6. Enjoy the simple things.
