Enchance Small Eyes

Small Eye Makeup Tips:

*Start by applying white or beige eyeliner on the inner rim of the bottom lid (I love Tarte inner rim brightener $18). This adds to the appearance of the white of your eye so it seems larger and helps make the eye look less tired.

*Apply liner on the top lid starting where your iris begins and stop where your iris ends. When center in the center it opens up the eyes. Don't make this line too thick.

*Apply bottom eyeliner on the lash line from where your iris begins to the outer corner of your eye. Make the line fine with the thickest part being in the middle under your iris.

* Apply light eye shadow, curl lashes, and extend those lashes! Keep dark shadows on the outer part of the eye.
